Royal Agio Cigars has been the largest European cigar factory since the opening of a production facility in Westerloo with an area of 30,000 square meters. The company, founded in 1904, sells its tobacco products under various brand names – this includes not only names like Meharis or Balmoral, but also the “Panter” brand. Like Balmoral, Panter little cigars were originally a Douwe Egberts brand that Agio acquired in 1983.

With the Panter little cigars brand, Agio demonstrates strength and passion, accordingly a Jaguar – which belongs to the genus Panthera – adorns the coat of arms. However, Agio was not responsible for this choice of coat of arms, as the Dutch cigar factory took over the brand later, as already mentioned. Instead, the Sumatra Cigar Factory opted for the big cat in 1935, because it combines strength and flexibility and is known for its great leaps. After the takeover by Agio in 1983, the Dutch started to make the Panter little cigars brand what it is today: an individual, contemporary brand, whose popularity is growing worldwide and which stands for its own style.

With the cigarillos from this brand, Agio concentrates primarily on small-format quality products, for example the dessert Panter little cigars are very well known, with their aroma reminiscent of coffee. The inlay of the cigarillos is carefully put together with tobacco from Brazil, Cuba and Indonesia, a Havana shade from Cuba serves as the cover. The smooth, sweet but full-bodied taste of the cigarillos knows how to convince beginners and connoisseurs alike. The Panter desserts are not only suitable for a cup of coffee because of their taste, but also complete a culinary meal, for example.

The Dessert Filter Panter little cigars were created by Agio Cigars GmbH from the Netherlands, a cigarillo that attracts attention due to its taste. Selected tobaccos that have grown and matured in Brazil, Cuba and Indonesia are combined to create the insert. The wrapper is a Havana shade tobacco that comes from Cuba. Manufactured by machine and with the greatest care, the cigarillo also meets the highest demands. The smoker gets a taste that is accompanied by gentle coffee notes.
